My Skincare Routine

Hello!

So some of you had requested for me to post an in depth tutorial on my skincare routine so here it is! But please keep in mind that I only do this entire routine once or twice a month. On a daily basis I skip many of these steps. Either way here's what I do to cleanse my skin properly and also what I love to do to de-stress! This entire thing will probably take around 30-40 mins (:

1) Cleanse
I always bathe and wash my face with this tea tree face wash from Body Shop. I really recommend it because it feels really cooling on your face and it leaves your skin feeling minty fresh! However, you might want to just put the face wash aside for later and just rinse your face. You'll know why as we go on ((:
2) Mask
This was given to me by my cousin and I really like it. It really moisturises your skin and its like a direct water source for your skin haha! I leave it on for around 10 mins.

weird I know haha!

you can take this time to listen to some of your fav songs (:

After 10 mins, I peel it off and I like to make the most out of the excess product so I just use the mask to wipe my face and neck haha!

3) Olive Oil!
It may sound really really weird to put olive oil on your face but trust me it has really good effects. It cleanses your pores and tightens your skin. Here I am using extra virgin olive oil and you don't need a lot of it.

4) Cleanse (part 2)
This is why you might want to rinse at step 1. If your face wash is really strong, try not to wash too many times because it may damage your skin and make it become really dry. I used lesser product this time (:

I also used a warm cloth to help to open up my pores. It's feels really relaxing too idk HAHA

5) Tone & Moisturise
Here's my toner from body shop and it is the Vitamin E Hydrating Toner. I really really like this because it's very cooling and it takes off any excess dirt on my face. It has a lot of product in one bottle yet you only need a little bit. So I think this is going to last me a long long time xD

eekk.

Before I moisturise I like to use tea tree oil for my pimples. I've been breaking out a lot lately, probably due to stress(curse school & exams) and the tea tree oil quickens the shrinking process of the pimples. Omg it sounds damn weird but yea.

I use this body shop tea tree oil 95% of the time. But I also occasionally use this dōTERRA Essential Skin Care: Clearskin Tropical Blend. I don't use this as often because wow the smell is so strong I feel the sting in my eyes!

I just use a cotton bud and apply it to my T zone(forehead, nose & chin). Try not to put too much tea tree oil on your face because it can have a very uncomfortable stinging & burning sensation.

Lastly, I moisturise with this little moisturiser thing from body shop. It's a hand cream but I use it for my face as well. Idk it's whatever.

And then I will put some chapstick on.

ALL DONE!

Just in case anyone thinks this post is sponsored by body shop or something it's not, I just use a lot of stuff from there hahaha.

Thanks for reading!
